Customer Support Engineers
Due to continuous expansion, we require technical support engineers
for our clients and internal customer support center. You will deal
with troubleshooting a wide range of systems related issues,
including hands on experience of network communications,
client-server architecture and software configuration /
installation.
Experience of using at least two of the following operating
systems is essential; Windows XP, 2000, NT and 95, UNIX, AIX, HPUX and
OpenVMS.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site installation and configuration support.
- Provide remote telephone support.
- Trouble shooting of systems.
- Test pre-released system versions.
- Deliver systems related training courses to customers.
- Develop and review system related documentation.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in a systems support or software
engineering position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Expert knowledge in supporting network communication packages
and operating systems.
- Ability to work in a global environment.
