Business Development Manager
Location: Teesside, U.K.
Salary: Commensurate with experience
We have established themselves as the leading supplier of Real-Time Optimization and Performance Monitoring solutions across the major production & manufacturing industries.
Due to our continuing growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic Business Development Manager. The role will require identification and development of new and existing prospects in both the long and short term, building relationships with customers at technical and managerial levels and closing substantial software sales in systems solutions.
Backed by technical excellence within the company, you will manage the full sales cycle and involve relevant third parties to bring added value. With at least three years experience of process simulation sales or specialist sales knowledge of the Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Power/Utilities or Refining markets, you will already have a demonstrably successful track record of high value sales and account development.
The enthusiasm and tenacity to identify quality opportunities, together with first class presentation skills in a team selling environment are pre-requisites for these roles.
A mature, confident and robust self-starter, you will need to be a team player, able to work with your clients, communicating technical solutions in business terms and vice versa. With the ability to make a substantial contribution to the company, successful candidates will find future opportunities limited only by their own ability.
